I know I haven't been w/ you guys long but there are times when I am on the server and need to shuffle, putteam, loadnextmap etc. and not able to because I am still a recruit. If I could be promoted one or two levels be assured I will not abuse admin power and use it only when necessary.

Not smart to ask for promotion here..

Why is that? I was respectful about it and did not demand one. I just wanted to throw it out there because I am older and more mature than most people who play this game. I only wanted some simple admin privileges to help out the server when there are no admins present. I apologize for being so blunt about it but I figured that I would at least ask.

PS: How long does it usually take for one to be promoted from recruit? If you do not feel like answering the question I will understand.

well u have to ask Jon but i thought there is a roster for it.. The last i heared i takes 2 weeks to get a promotion if u play regularly..

Cool cool thanks for the info brother. Once again I'm sorry if I came across as rude when asking for a promotion. I just really want to start making bfg a better place. I do not care about being a higher rank than anyone just want to help the server when no one is around to keep things straight.

i understand blunt but since you were just recruited it wouldnt be fair to the others who have been here a week/2 weeks
and if i were to give you the admin when you asked for it
other members would expect me to set them
and it causes problems like that so we stick on a time basis or if you prove yourself in a way

I think he should get the levels. who made up that rule that recruits get set up another lvl after 2 weeks ? because i know i didnt. thats bullshit.

i dont know if thats a rule but i know Jon polska and u where talking about it, but didnt know what was the eventually dicision about promotion..
